All payments and refunds for SEO by Daniel are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment processing, tax compliance, and refunds on our behalf.

If SEO by Daniel doesn't work for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund. You don't need to explain why. A 14-day free trial is available before any payment is processed, so you have 28 days total to evaluate the tool before committing.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at [email protected] with the email address used to register your account. We'll confirm receipt within 1 business day and issue the refund through Paddle. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days depending on your payment method.

What Happens After a Refund

  • Your subscription is canceled immediately
  • Access to all paid features ends at the close of the current billing period
  • Your data (domains, scans, reports) is deleted within 14 days

Refunds After 14 Days

Refund requests after the 14-day money-back window are not accepted unless required by applicable consumer protection law. If your account was charged in error (double charge, wrong plan), contact us and we'll resolve it immediately.

Fair Use of the Money-Back Guarantee

The 14-day guarantee is meant to let you evaluate SEO by Daniel with your own sites. We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of misuse, including but not limited to: scanning an unreasonable number of domains within the guarantee window solely to obtain free audit results, or requesting repeated refunds across multiple accounts. Page allowances are capped per plan — up to 5,000, 50,000, or 500,000 pages scanned per day — so the guarantee always covers normal evaluation of your own sites. The free trial lets you evaluate the tool before subscribing, and we're happy to answer questions before you commit. If you need to test at scale, email us before subscribing and we'll set up an evaluation plan.
