  • Scan domains you own or have permission to scan.
  • You are responsible for your account and its credentials.
  • Paid plans are billed through Paddle. Cancel any time and keep access to the end of the paid period.
  • Refunds are handled under the Refund Policy.
  • Reports are informational. They do not guarantee rankings.
  • We may update these terms. Material changes are emailed or shown in the app.

These Terms of Service govern your use of SEO by Daniel (the "Service"), operated by Daniel Petrica ("we", "our", "us").

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SEO by Daniel is an automated on-page SEO auditing tool. You provide domain names, and we scan their pages to produce SEO reports. The Service is provided "as is" and we make no guarantees about the completeness or accuracy of scan results.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to scan domains you do not own or have permission to scan
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or rate restrictions
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Interfere with the operation of the Service

5. Payment & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payment processing, tax collection (where applicable), and refunds. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.

By subscribing, you authorize Paddle to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, during which you may reactivate your subscription.

Please see our Refund Policy for details on refunds and cancellations handled through Paddle.

8. Intellectual Property

You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works of the Service or its content without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service. SEO reports are informational only and do not guarantee search engine rankings or traffic improvements.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
